An American Company Built
for a Global AI Economy

Our Story

Our Story

New Future GPT LLC was founded by operators who had already built artificial intelligence businesses on the European market — and who recognized, earlier than most, that the next chapter of AI would require American structure, American capital relationships, and a transatlantic operating model.

Our founding conviction is simple: the companies that will define the AI economy will not be built in one country. They will be built by founders working across borders, supported by investors who can move with them.

We chose to build in the United States deliberately. American jurisdiction provides the governance, capital access, and global credibility that ambitious AI ventures require. We then deploy that platform outward — into Europe, where we already operate, and into the next markets where AI adoption is accelerating.

Marcin Zieliński

Founder & Principal

Marcin is the founder of New Future GPT LLC and the operator behind GPT-OneX, the firm's European applied-AI subsidiary. An academic lecturer in strategic management and marketing strategy, he has trained senior executives, public-sector leaders, and university faculty across Poland and Europe on the operational adoption of artificial intelligence.

He brings to the firm what most investors lack: direct, repeated, in-the-room experience of how AI is actually adopted inside organizations that cannot afford to fail.

Why America

Why America

The United States remains the gravitational center of artificial intelligence. Being American-domiciled is not a flag. It is an operating advantage.

§ I

Capital Architecture

The U.S. capital markets are not only the deepest in the world — they are the most fluent in technology. American institutional capital understands AI as a category, prices it accordingly, and is structurally configured for long-duration bets on emerging technologies. For ambitious AI companies, access to that capital architecture is a competitive necessity, not a luxury.

§ II

Research and Talent Density

The world's leading frontier labs, the most cited AI researchers, and the highest concentration of operating AI talent all sit inside the United States. Being structurally embedded in this ecosystem — through jurisdiction, through relationships, through proximity — is a sustained source of insight that cannot be replicated remotely.

§ III

Global Legal and Corporate Framework

American corporate law is the dominant standard for global capital. Acquirers, co-investors, and institutional partners worldwide are comfortable with U.S. structures. For a holding company investing across borders, that standardization is not bureaucratic — it is what makes the cross-border model work.
